RECIPE
- Take 50 gm of Chilla Mix In a bowl
- Add 90 ml water to the mix and stir well without any lumps, add any vegetables of your choice for better taste
- Lightly grease a non-stick pan with ghee or oil
- Place the batter on the pan and let it cook for 2-3 mins and flip the chilla and repeat the process
- Add 25 g of grated cheese or paneer for some healthy fats and extra protien
- Serve with your choice of condiments
