Refund policy

Return Period: We accept returns within 5-7 days of delivery, provided the items are in unused and original condition.

Damaged Products: No returns will be accepted for products damaged after delivery. Claims for damaged products must be filed with 7 days of receipt.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected. If we cannot replace a damaged or missing item, we will issue a voucher for the equivalent amount.

Non-Refundable Products: Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund unless defective.
